Cardinal Ventures Team
Ela Heussen, Managing Director
Ela is a second-year MBA student at the Stanford GSB. She began her education with a BSc in Immunology at the University of Edinburgh, followed by an MRes/PhD in Mathematical Modelling at University College London. Next to her research she already gained some operational experience as the founder of Beba Mtoto! – a startup focused on ergonomic baby carriers – and subsequently became avidly interested in technology transfer and student entrepreneurship. She also worked with McKinsey & Co the summer before joining the GSB, was selected as an MBA Section Rep, and is currently serving as a Healthcare Investment VP for the GSB Impact fund. You can reach her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
